I no longer have the receipt and have since moved away from the store of purchase. So i googled about smelly pb rugs and found so many hits. I bought pottery barn franklin rug three years ago. The smell never goes away and does get worse.
There appears to be a flaw in the curing process of the latex holding the rug together that off gases an awful smell.
