Play Killing Floor 2 Lan

You do not have to configure any ports for a lan server i just did it a couple of weeks ago when a friend came over.

Download this text file it contains all the links to download this game. Then once the game is in the lobby the other machine running the game can go to multiplayer lan and the game will show up there.

Im trying to set a lan game to play with my friend. I ve tried adding him to the party and going through matchmaking with friends only enabled but it just endlessly searches. To download the killing floor 2 server you do not need to be logged into a steam account that owns killing floor 2. All we stuck with is matchmaking which doesnt create a match at all and just seems to search for the criteria we are setting.

Am i missing something or is there actually no way to play on lan. There seems to be no option. You can still login with your real steam account but be careful to only enter your steam credentials into a machine that you trust. Does killing floor 2 have co op.
